Coordinator, Multiplatform Programming

We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Multiplatform Programming to join our Programming team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Execute and disseminate monthly program schedules for nonlinear platforms. 

• Ensure accuracy across all documentation.  

• Enter monthly schedules, media assets and schedule changes into multiple systems including Wide Orbit, WURL, Aurora, Airtable and Excel.  

• Assist in inventory and usage tracking. 

• Analyze performance data for AMCN FAST channels. 

• Contribute ideas and suggestions to support company initiatives and stunting opportunities. 

• She/he/they is enthusiastic, has strong work ethic and a “get it done” mindset.  

• There is a high level of productivity and accuracy required in the Position. Must be detail oriented.  

• Have an ability and willingness to work independently as well as within a team environment.  

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)  

• Bachelor's degree 

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in scheduling and/or operations. 

• Technical experience – Excellent Excel skills, proficient in other MS applications, scheduling database and media rights knowledge preferred.  

The base compensation range for this position is $47,000 to $52,000 commensurate with experience.
