Coordinator, Programmatic Ad Operations

Job Summary:
iHeartMedia is seeking a Coordinator to assist with the execution and optimization of all programmatic deals across display, video and streaming audio inventory. The coordinator will be part of the Ad Operations team that oversees execution of all digital campaigns for iHeartRadio.

Responsibilities:

• Set up PMPs across multiple SSPs (Google Ad Manager 360, Rubicon, Index, AudioMax)
• Manage and optimize set up across multiple SSPs (Google Ad Manager 360, Rubicon, Index, AudioMax, FreeWheel, DistrictM, AppNexus)
• Perform deal checks on currently live PMPs
• Provide bid guidance for live PMPs
• Troubleshoot deals when issues arise
• Create wrap up reports for sellers and clients when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum BA/BS degree
• Previous Programmatic Ad Operations desired
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Outstanding customer support/ services skills required
• Strong PC skills with the following Microsoft applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Effectively manage issues and relationships
