Provider Engagement Coordinator
Under the direction of their manager, the Provider Engagement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, performing, and tracking efforts for provider engagement and patient acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is a great multitasker who can manage numerous projects at once. This role requires facilitating and tracking different tasks at various stages so organizational skills are imperative. Travel to multiple Strive markets as required.
Essential Functions             Â
- Work closely with provider engagement and market operations teams to identify partners who would benefit most from deeper provider engagement and patient acquisition efforts.
- Coordinate, facilitate, perform, and track results of in-person “Call Parties” at external practices.
- Assist PE team in capture, sharing and tracking of updated patient information (i.e., telephone numbers) and the number of enrollment conversions which result.
- Assist PE team in ensuring caller id and permission to utilize provider/practice/group name information is relayed to the Strive Enrollment team and tracked appropriately to reflect provider engagement efforts.
- Participate in community outreach geared toward both provider engagement and patient acquisition enhancement efforts.
- Communicate within and across teams, departments, and organizations.
- Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities.Â
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years’ experience in an office or healthcare setting
- 2 years’ experience working in patient enrollment/acquisition.
- Business travel
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years’ prior provider engagement experience
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, HealthCloud/SalesForce
Hourly Range: $26.58-$31.25
