Coordinator, PSS
Job Description
Under the supervision of a U.S. based Manager, with mentoring from peer Specialists and Coordinators, provide administrative and project support to assigned analysts to maintain the analysts' efficiency and effectiveness. The environment is fast-paced and blends the combination of collaborative interactions and independent work.
Objectives:
- Effectively manage and execute administrative tasks and support requirements for the Technology and Service Provider Research & Advisory practice.
- Be a Change Agent: drive and develop recommendations for support and process improvement.
Tasks:
- High-volume management of central mailbox(es), processes and documentation.
- High-volume calendar management.
- High-volume travel and expense management.
- High-volume management and support of ad hoc projects, tasks, and special assignments.
What you'll need:
- Associate degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Understanding and usage of databases, analysis tools (standard reporting tools is a plus)
- Experience in an extremely fast paced work environment would be an advantage - preferably in Research, Marketing, or account/client service
