Coordinator, Talent Acquisition

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting recruiters with full lifecycle recruiting including creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling interviews, gathering interviewer feedback, creating offer letters, and onboarding
• Ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process to deliver an outstanding experience to all candidates
• Maintaining candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and other organizational tools
• Establishing effective working relationships with internal clients
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidate, hiring manager, and interviewer inquiries throughout the recruiting process
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
• Participating in On Campus Recruiting recruiting efforts, including posting roles, coordinating interviews, attending career fairs and information sessions, and creating offers
• Providing administrative support on HR and recruiting processes and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Anticipated annual base salary range $65,000 - 80,000, plus eligible for discretionary bonus
