Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
Job Description
Responsible for providing administrative and recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will focus on facilitating all aspects of the recruitment process to include all pre and post hire activities.
- Coordinates all logistical aspects of the Talent Acquisition process.
- Serves as liaison for recruiters; responds to general recruiting inquires of
- applicants and employees.
- Tracks all candidate progression in our applicant tracking system and makes updates as appropriate to status as required.
- Updates and maintains all candidate profiles as appropriate and confirms all relevant data is captured and tracked.
- Coordinates the interview process for all internal and external candidates.
- Facilitates travel as needed for candidates inclusive of expense reporting and processing.
- Creates and routes offer letters for approval.
- Initiates background checks and post offer hiring process.
- Analyzes all pre-employment candidate/new hire paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness.
- Submits relocation authorizations to appropriate vendor.
- Supports onboarding activities as assigned.
- Maintains basic metric reporting
- Maintains compliance with TA/HR policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
- Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 1 - 3 years increasingly responsible administrate assistance experience, preferably in a talent acquisition environment
- Knowledge of HR with emphasis on Talent Acquisition processes.
- Experience in managing confidential information.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong computer skills using MS Office Suite and an applicant tracking system.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and present information in a clear, concise, and logical manner.
- Excellent organization, prioritization and process management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage change and transition; manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines; apply sound judgment, decision-making and critical thinking; organization; strong analytical and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an impressive reputation for building and maintaining relationships with people at all levels of an organization and across a diverse range of backgrounds.
