Job Description

● Plans, organizes, administers, tracks and reports on different programs and learning initiatives

● Take ownership of logistics planning and coordination for learning programs

● Administer and manage various tools that are used across our learning programs, including our learning management system.

● Organize various programs supplies, including technology tools, managing invitation list and feedback forms

● Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex different sets

Qualifications

● Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required

● Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Good verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

● Professional demeanor and positive attitude

● Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed

● Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

● Familiarity with learning management platforms is a plus
