RÔLE
Es-tu du genre Ă aimer faire plein de tâches diffĂ©rentes et Ă attraper toutes les balles au bond? As-tu un intĂ©rĂŞt marquĂ© pour les humains et les organisations, mais tu n’es pas capable de choisir entre RH et recrutement? Si c’est le cas, ta place est dans notre Ă©quipe Ă titre de Coordonnateur.trice Talent. Dans ce rĂ´le t’auras la chance de supporter non pas une, mais bien deux Ă©quipes diffĂ©rentes, l’équipe Talent et l’équipe Recrutement. Tu les Ă©pauleras dans leurs tâches quotidiennes, participeras Ă des projets d’amĂ©lioration continue en plus d’être activement impliquĂ©.e dans l’accueil et l’intĂ©gration des stagiaires et nouveaux employĂ©s. Â
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Participer activement Ă la planification et au dĂ©roulement du programme de stage annuel.Â
- Participer Ă l’accueil et l’intĂ©gration des nouveaux employĂ©s.Â
- Supporter les équipes dans la réalisation de projets divers.
- Devenir un.e “superuser” pour les systèmes RH.Â
- Effectuer des transactions dans notre système de gestion des RH (Workday).Â
- ĂŠtre la personne ressource pour la gestion des avantages sociaux.Â
- ProcĂ©der Ă l’affichage de postes sur les diffĂ©rentes plateformes web.Â
- Trier et procéder à une première sélection de candidatures via notre ATS.
- Rédiger et réviser les lettres d'offre en plus de coordonner la prise des références.
- Supporter l’équipe dans la rĂ©alisation de tâches opĂ©rationnelles variĂ©es.Â
REQUIS
- Formation universitaire en dĂ©veloppement organisationnel ou en RH.Â
- Expérience pertinente en soutien RH/Recrutement.
- Maîtrise de la plateforme Linkedin Recruiter.
- Connaissance de Greenhouse et de Workday, un atout
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (Collaborateurs et clients à l'échelle internationale).

ROLE
Are you the type who loves to juggle multiple tasks and catch every ball thrown your way? Do you have a keen interest in people and organizations but can't choose between HR and recruitment? If so, your place is on our team as a Talent Coordinator. In this role, you’ll have the chance to support not one, but two different teams: the Talent team and the Recruitment team. You’ll assist them in their daily tasks, participate in continuous improvement projects, and be actively involved in the onboarding and integration of interns and new employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of the annual internship program.
- Assist in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Support the teams in the completion of various projects.
- Become a “superuser” for HR systems.
- Perform transactions in our HR management system (Workday).
- Serve as the go-to person for benefits management.
- Post job openings on various online platforms.
- Sort and conduct initial screening of applications via our ATS.
- Write and review offer letters and coordinate reference checks.
- Support the team in completing various operational tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Organizational Development or HR.
- Relevant experience in HR/Recruitment support.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Knowledge of Greenhouse and Workday is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (International collaborators and customers).
