ABOUT THE ROLE

• Step up as the key person responsible for Numa’s content strategy in both the marketing and product context ensuring that our voice is consistent engaging and informative.

• Help shape our brand tone of voice and bring it alive across all of our guest-facing touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with our Brand Performance Marketing Product CRM and Guest Experience teams.

• Define and implement content operations to ensure an efficient use of yours and the team’s time.

• Coordinate the localisation operation (in-house & outsourced) for all the languages that Numa is supporting.

ABOUT YOU

• You’re an B2C copywriter with at least 3 years of experience in the field.

• You have a portfolio of commercial work available for us to review

• You’re fully fluent in English OR You’re fully fluent in German.

• You’re comfortable setting priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• You’re confident explaining your decisions and articulating your priorities to stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing is a plus.
