Job Description:

The Customer Marketing & Success team plays a pivotal role in achieving this by building trust, satisfaction, and meaningful engagement. We are seeking a Copywriter to create clear, compelling, and customer-centric communications that drive positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Marketing & Success team to develop copy for various channels, including email, web content, social media, and customer materials
- Craft clear, engaging, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging strategy
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer trust and satisfaction
- Create content that positions client as a knowledgeable guide for customers navigating the changing energy landscape
- Develop personalized communications that proactively address customer needs and concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field
- Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and messaging strategy
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling copy
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience connection
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Top Priorities (First Few Weeks/Months):
- Communicating about client's community investments for grid reliability and affordability
- Supporting customer pricing communications
- Assisting with customer onboarding processes
Biggest Challenge:
Managing multiple projects simultaneously will be the biggest challenge. Effective project management and organization, as well as proactive communication with partners, are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills:
Must-Haves:
- Storytelling ability: Translating complex topics into easy-to-understand narratives
- Attention to detail: Adherence to brand guidelines, punctuation, grammar, etc.
- Communication skills: Clear, timely, and effective communication with partners
Nice-to-Haves:
- Adobe Workfront experience
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in copywriting
- At least 5 years of proven experience in copywriting, preferably in a customer-focused or marketing role
