Job Description
We are looking for a creative Copywriter to write clear and concise copy for ads, social, emails, and landing pages in a high-growth environment. Your words will inform and engage target audiences, both prospects and clients. The right candidate will be comfortable working on a small team while supporting the needs of the company as a whole. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and imaginative writer with an eye for detail. Feel free to include links to your content or portfolio in your application. This is a remote role reporting to the Director, Marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSÂ
* Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice that follows brand guidelines for, but not limited to, email, landing pages, and socialInterpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
* Collaborate with teams across the organization including product, sales, client services, and more to create copy that appeals to our target audience and clients
* Edit and proofread copy as needed from a variety of sources
* Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reachA/B testing of copy and analyzing of results
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESÂ
* 3-5 years of experience in a copywriting or related role, with a solid portfolio of workKnowledge of online content strategy and creation best practices
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* SEO and keyword research experience
* Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results
* Knowledge of social media best practices, particularly LinkedIn
* Collaborative spirit and ability to work with a variety of departments
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
EDUCATIONÂ
BA/BS in marketing, journalism, or a related field
