Copywriter

If you’re passionate about content, love writing, and want a way to flex your creative muscles, consider a role as a Copywriter at NinjaTrader. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this role will support the Marketing Team’s day-to-day content needs, which includes drafting engaging content for blogs, emails, promotional & transactional emails, websites, promotional content for online ads and banners, product/service descriptions, social media as needed, and more. This role will support the creation of marketing and brand communications to brainstorm, write, and edit for multiple mediums and be able to pivot to help with ad hoc marketing needs as needed.  

In this role, you will: 

• Help build brand awareness, support account acquisition efforts & educate an active userbase by creating engaging content with audience and platforms in mind.
• Proofread and update existing content.
• Conduct research to write copy specific to our target audience.
• Understand the project’s requirements to ensure that content aligns with business/campaign goals

Key Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant copywriting experience in a professional environment
• Demonstrated experience of SEO-focused blog generation and email copy development
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Financial industry experience preferred but not required.
• Great organizational skills with a passion for writing.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Interpersonal/Communication Skills – an ability to channel different points of view; able to establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with stakeholders and fellow creatives.
