Job Description
We are seeking a Copywriter, Creative Development to join our team. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, you will create a variety of campaign deliverables including TV, social posts, online video, manifestos, scripts, storyboards, and more.
- You'll collaborate with Art Directors, Producers, and Strategy to develop copywriting and creative solutions on multiple projects of varying scopes across all forms of media with a firm understanding of the objective, client nuances, and timing/budget parameters.
- You'll self-edit and review all deliverables for grammatical and formatting issues, ensuring strategy agreement and clients' tone, style, and audience.
- You appreciate the importance of strategy and find excitement in writing compelling, creative solutions for diverse media, evolving technologies, and current trends.
- You'll give and receive constructive feedback, and mentor junior creatives to meet project deadlines with an eye on quality.
Qualifications
- 4 years minimum experience in creative advertising
- A portfolio with conceptual integrated campaign examples
- Comfortable with production and post-production
- Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Bachelors in Advertising, Marketing or related field; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- We are seeking candidates in the New York area, as some office time is encouraged.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
