Copywriter Docmosis

Octopus by RTG is hiring for one of the top insurance companies in the GCC. Octopus by RTG is on a mission to connect top tier talents with top tier organizations around the globe. This Position is onsite in Riyadh in KSA and candidate must be willing to relocate.

A skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Docmosis Specialist, Copywriter, and Basic Graphic Designer. This role primarily centres around creating and managing Docmosis files in ODT format and copywriting, with a secondary emphasis on basic graphic design. The ideal candidate will have expertise in document generation through the Docmosis platform, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Design (ODT Files)

• Design and format documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual appeal, aligning with brand guidelines.

Presentation Design

• Create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate key messages and adhere to branding standards.

UX Writing (Arabic & English)

• Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly copy in both Arabic and English, enhancing user experience across various platforms.

UI Work (Arabic Versions)

• Assist with minor UI tasks, such as email templates, store shots, and app snippets for Arabic versions of digital assets, ensuring localized design quality.

Awards Submissions and Coordination

• Oversee the complete awards submission process, including:
• Preparation of required documents and presentations.
• Communication with awards committees and organizations to ensure timely submissions.

Articles and Publications

• Create and review articles and publications related to the digital hub and awards, ensuring content is impactful and on-brand.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing Docmosis files in the ODT format.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in document generation.
• Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in graphic design software.
• Basic copywriting and editing skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
