Position: Copywriter Lead

Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 per month (depending on experience)

Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Copywriting Lead to join our team in the EU/UK timezone. This role focuses on creating high-converting landing pages and compelling advertorials, combined with team leadership and training responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct response copywriting, particularly in crafting persuasive long-form content, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of writers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Landing Page and Advertorial Writing:
• Create high-converting, persuasive copy for landing pages and advertorials
• Develop compelling narratives and sales arguments that drive customer action
• Optimize landing pages for conversion rate and user experience
• Craft engaging long-form content that educates and persuades potential customers
2. Team Leadership & Training:
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and training
• Develop and implement copywriting best practices and style guides, with a focus on landing pages and advertorials
• Oversee quality control for all copy produced by the team
3. Additional Content Creation:
• Write copy for quizzes, articles, and product listings
• Create marketing emails and retention campaigns as needed
• Collaborate with project managers, creative strategists, CRO specialists, and media buyers
4. Ad Copywriting:
• Generate hooks and write ad scripts for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Produce video ad scripts, static ads, and display ads as needed
• Work closely with project managers and video editors to ensure cohesive ad campaigns
5. Strategy and Innovation:
• Harness AI tools to optimize copywriting efficiency while maintaining high-quality output
• Take initiative in editing and improving existing content, particularly landing pages and advertorials
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative copywriting techniques

• Proven experience in direct response copywriting, with a strong portfolio of landing pages and advertorials
• Expertise in crafting long-form, persuasive content that drives conversions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using AI tools for copywriting and content creation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, web)
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
