Copywriter (Minneapolis)

THE ROLEAs an experienced copywriter, you will establish and expand Solsten as a world-class brand. Partnering with our VP of Marketing and product marketing team, your contributions will shape the Solsten experience throughout the customer journey. This includes but is not limited to marketing communications, our website, and social media.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Be the brand voice by championing our verbal identity principles through effective content strategy, writing, peer review, and partnering with SMEs
- Deeply understand our business, our buyers, and our end users, proposing and executing content strategies to meet their motivations and needs.
- Balance brand voice and user experience, applying strategy and vision to how we communicate through digital experiences.
- Collaborate with our marketing, sales, product, UX teams, and other stakeholders to differentiate the Solsten experience through unique and compelling content.
- 5-8+ years of experience with fast paced brands, startups, or advertising agencies
- A proven record of creating intelligent, effective, and sharp copy
- Comfortable with research to support verbal strategies
- Comfortable conjuring definition from ambiguity
- Ability to pick things up quickly, manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting timelines and priorities.
- Excel at communicating your thinking, presenting your work, and collaborating with others to bring your vision to life
- Possess an appreciation for peer review and transparency throughout the creation process.
- Possess a curious mindset as the marketing landscape is always evolving.
- Find enjoyment in shaping digital experiences through words

Our team is spread out across the world, with hubs in Berlin, Helsinki, New York, and Minneapolis. We believe that having our team close to one another fosters better communication and productivity. This role requires you to be based in Minneapolis, MN where you will have an exciting and flexible hybrid working environment. This means that you will have the opportunity to work both remotely and with colleagues in the office, allowing you to create an ideal working schedule and balance.
