We're seeking a creative Copywriter — to drive creative output across a range of applications — with a strong passion for crafting innovative concepts, telling compelling stories, and writing with precision and flair.

Who we’re seeking:

Designit is looking for a passionate, natural storyteller that loves working side-by-side with designers and other creatives to create brand experiences people adore. As a Copywriter in the creative brand and marketing practice, you'll elevate projects with creative vision, strategic mindset, and copy prowess.

Are you highly detail-oriented, grammatically obsessed, and a passionate conceptual thinker? Are you an imaginative content creator? Are you a p­roduct, periodical, social, script, everything writer? The ideal candidate is organized and has superior time-management skills coupled with the ability to juggle multiple accounts, projects, and tasks. They come with a strong point of view, but are collaborative in nature, able to engage in healthy rumbles over ideas, not attached to their work as infallible, and able to quickly pivot with creative and strategic feedback. What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 3 years full-time professional writing experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team setting
• Exceptional writing and conceptual thinking skills
• Versatile skillset and ability to adapt to vastly different formats, audiences, and subject matter
• Strong interest and understanding of writing for digital and social platforms
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and align on established voice and tone for brands
• Appreciation for the relationship between textual and visual elements and belief that a product isn’t truly great unless copy and the visual elements support each other
• Appreciation of and adherence to workflow process and project management
• Ability to articulate ideas verbally with clients and fellow team members alike
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Interest in participating in internal team education, process, and cultural initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong, versatile portfolio of work
