Job Description

Mango is seeking a creative and results-driven copywriting and social media contractor to enhance our brand’s voice and engage our audience across various platforms. This role combines content creation, strategic social media engagement and ensuring messaging resonates with our target audience.
 
 



Social Media
  • Responsible for enhancing our social media presence and engaging with our audience effectively/strategically. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand goals, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.



Social Media - Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities
  • Analyze performance metrics



Copywriting
  • Responsible for internal and external messaging through the creation of content. This content encompasses all internal and external communication channels, including company newsletters, social media, blogs, PR, advertising/advertorial content, and lead generation. They will develop engaging short and long-form pieces that attract and retain customers, and ultimately expand the company’s awareness through relevant and compelling thought leadership across key markets and audiences. 



Copywriting - Key responsibilities
  • Craft compelling copy for multiple business verticals. 
  • Develop various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Mango’s product features and services, and remain aware of roadmap objectives to integrate into content strategy
  • Act as the gatekeeper, final proofreader of all content. Ensure superior grammatical execution, accuracy and correctness of content.



Qualifications
  • Proven experience in copywriting and social media management
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Ability to align with Mango tone and style to fit business and consumer audiences



Skills
  • Excellent writing skills 
  • Experience with graphic design and media tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Language learning expertise, at least enough to be able to support and speak the lingo of our target users.
