Your Role
The Logistics Operations Representative role is integral in our continued success and mission, which is to remove the complexity from logistics. As a Logistics Operations Representative you will be supporting the implementation and growth of our automated tendering strategy. You will be involved in multiple enabling activities to this end; load quality improvement, KPI development, dedicated carrier scorecards, project management, user training development, and process improvement activities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- RPM Marketplace Management: Reporting and Auditing, Carrier Rep Development, Training and Education
- Lead trainings with Carrier and Operations teams for internal education on the use of automated load tendering tools
- Continuously pursue automation opportunities while identifying and solving inefficiencies
- Partner with IT to resolve open items that enable greater adoption of our automated load tender to market strategy
- Fully understand functionality of our internal databases in order to build out waterfall offering and dedicated capacity strategies across Vehicle and Freight business segments
- Manage/Update carrier scorecards to ensure proper level of customer service
- Collaborate with carrier and customer departments to achieve goals and success metrics
- Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate contracted pricing, as well as educate customers, carriers, and RPM leadership as needed
- Support presentations, cost comparisons, and reports for carrier analysis
- Strengthen existing dedicated carrier relationships through communication, performance metric development, and pricing
- Develop strategy, goals, commitments, and agreements with dedicated carriers utilizing an analytical approach to foster carrier growth and development

Required QualificationsÂ
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau & Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitudeÂ
- Ability to work independentlyÂ
- Excellent organizational and communication skillsÂ
