Separate Account Operations Oversight - Private Client Services (PCS)

As a Core Operations Analyst on the Separate Account Operations Oversight team, you'll support Capital's high net worth client (PCS) account population. You are driven to develop as a broad subject matter expert in our PCS business and help lead Core Ops centralized operational issue triage and solutioning in close partnership with client-facing stakeholders (client relationship team/financial advisors), custodian banks/other third parties, and CG teams. You are a strong problem solver who comfortably applies curiosity, courage, and action orientation when solving ambiguous/complex, often first-time situations. You will quickly develop proficiency leveraging our systems to research issues, resolve client requests, and be responsible for some operational processing (e.g., accounting system maintenance, cost updates, etc)

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.

• You have working knowledge of the financial services industry; experience with high net worth account operations is a plus.

• You are comfortable in an environment where most of your learning will occur on-the-job, through collaboration with peers, your manager, and relevant stakeholders.

• You demonstrate innovative thinking and leverage resources/relationships to navigate complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations across multiple CG groups.

• You understand and advocate for the needs of our business and those of our clients; you are comfortable balancing both to deliver efficient and scalable solutions that meet our clients' high expectations and need for a customized experience.

• You are exceptionally well organized and have experience driving fast-paced work that includes broad internal and external stakeholders.

• You have a passion for continuous improvement. You seek opportunities to enhance existing processes, create new processes, and document processes in a way that enables effective knowledge transfer and business continuity.

You are available and open to work overtime as needed.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $95,066-$152,106

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
