CORE OS - OPEX Leader

The CORE OS - OPEX Leader will partner with the Director of Operational Excellence to lead through direct and indirect leadership, the development, implementation, training, coaching, support, and governance of the CORE OS / CCR / CIR. The CORE OS includes a maturity assessment and improvement plan, Get 2 Green Process for Daily Continuous improvement. Goal Deployment and maintenance to achieve daily improvement, Transformation planning, value stream mapping and transformation execution.

Your Day to Day:

Lead a team of 3 to implement and improve:

CORE OS

• Establish the W-CORE OS, Standard work.
• Document W-CORE OS Training.
• Complete W-CORE Training program & achieve goal.
• Complete Layered Audit / compliance.

CCR

• Design and Implement CORE Control Room.
• Manage the weekly meeting / monthly meetings.
• Ensure Servant leadership / support coaching.
• Develop and implement CCR training, support, and Audit.

CIR

• Establish the CIR Maturity assessment.
• Conduct the CIR assessment, establish goals, improvement objectives.
• Define and complete CIR Training.
• Complete Layered Audit / compliance.

Get 2 Green

• Establish Get 2 green process, metrics, and MDI.
• Define process, RASCI, standard work and layered audit.
• Manage the Get to green Process and lead the meeting.
• Support A3 Development.
• Establish Leader support tracker.
• Update Macro Plan with Key activities.
• Support BU reporting.

Goal Deployment

• Establish GD calendar.
• Establish GD standard work.
• Establish GD Visual Management.
• Establish GD Training and certification.
• Establish GD Layered audit.
• Establish GD Biweekly / Monthly Review.

Communication

• Complete monthly communication newsletter
• Support Update Macro-plan.
• Complete Skip Level Review.
• Complete weekly monthly newsletter.
• Implement / Maintain and update Intranet site.
• Complete Internal VOC between functions.
• Create and maintain improvement plans .
• Create and Maintain a Communication Playbook.

Functional Excellence

• Define standards for Functional Excellence (work instructions, OMS, Playbook, Skills Matrix, Development plans, WMM, Leader standard work, Layered audits).
• Maintain Process Matrix.
• Update Process Development Priorities.
• Manage COS - Functional Content.
• Manage Functional Standard work Development .
• Manage functional Process Quality.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience
• APICS Certification Preferred
• Black Belt Preferred
