The Loan Administration team powers all of the operations required to keep Valon running smoothly. From onboarding loans to handling insurance and processing payments, the Loan Administration team ensures that homeowners are continuing to get a first-class experience with Valon, all from behind the scenes. 

About The Role:

The Loan Administration department is looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Core Servicing Manager to help service our homeowner’s loan accounts by providing detailed review of documents, ticket requests, and processing of tasks. This role will bring exciting ventures into regulatory compliance guidelines reviews, processing alone with providing quality resolutions to our homeowners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of core servcing this includes but is not limited to handling document custodian requests, SCRA monthly reports, MERS reconciliations, obtaining proper assignment of mortgages, verifying lien releases are processed according to state and regulortay timeframes. 
• Enuring SLA’s and company GAM’s are being met along with driving high quality performance.
• Working with leads to help drive efficiency gains along with implementations of control to ensure proper process handling.
• Processing partial lien releases and recast per request.
• Working alongside our vendor and investors to implement new processes that will help drive department and company success. 
• Approving timecards, sick time, and PTO requests for direct reports. 
• Training, and ramping direct reports according to company guidelines and leveling.
• Idenditifying business needs for staffing while working with recruiting to hire new talent.

Ideal Background:

• 2+ years working with ARM loans
• 2+ years  working with MERS accounts
• 1+ year working with SCRA processing

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a collateral management role or department
• 2-3 years of experience working with post position liens releases
• 1+ years of experience in collecting and processing AOM’s
• 1+ years in a people manager role
