Duration: 10 weeks, Paid Internship

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve business computer software and hardware incidents (MS Windows and Apple Mac OSX)
• Provide timely resolutions of system and/or application problems
• Participate in continual technology improvement programs as required
• Maintain computing asset inventory through the lifecycle of purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning

Qualifications:

• Completion of at least sophomore year in college, majoring in MIS, Computer Science, System Adminisration, Cyber Security
• General Office software (MS Office, M365, Zoom)
• Understanding of general informational technology concepts (research, troubleshooting, testing, validation, status updates, documentation)
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to prioritize work on multiple projects
• Self-motivated, excited about learning, comfortable working in a collaborative environment characterized by open sharing of feedback to achieve optimum outcomes.

Relationships:

• The position is part of the Core Technology Team. IT Intern has the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, from traditional office applications to sophisticated security systems, networking, web, and other technologies.
• This position may work with outside parties, including vendors. This position will require no travel.
