Corporate Access, Capital Markets Coordinator

Job Purpose:

BTIG is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Capital Markets Coordinator to manage and execute virtual and in-person corporate marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be forward thinking, personable and comfortable liaising with corporate management teams investors, colleagues and technology.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with corporates, capital markets, external capital markets teams, investment banking and franchise sales to execute investor meetings and group events
• Participate in deal team related meetings, assisting in the organization of meeting notes, presentations and reports
• Organize all logistics including ground transportation, hotels, air travel for company management teams and bankers
• Help develop and maintain target investor lists
• Solicit investor feedback and prepare post-roadshow reports
• Manage roadshow timelines and coordinate objectives with key stakeholders
• Prepare and reconcile deal related expenses
• Perform other tasks and duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in event coordination/Corporate Access required
• Superior attention to detail, organization, discretion and sound judgement
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to build both internal and external relationships
• Strong communication skills / ability to communicate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (Bloomberg, Factset)
• Able to wear many hats and work in fast paced environment

Compensation: 

• BTIG offers competitive compensation and is required by law to include an estimate of the salary range for each role. Salary range is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, years of applicable experience, skills, qualifications, licensure and certifications, and other business and organization needs.
• The current base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Please note that certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
