As a Corporate Account Representative, you will identify sales opportunities, and leverage exploratory conversations to pitch the value of our software. You will then book introductory meetings to demonstrate the product to the prospect, and then use your gathered information and conversational skills to close deals.

What You'll Do:
- Continually build and manage a strong pipeline of customers by qualifying potential leads.
- Develop creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospective customers by pitching the product's value proposition.
- Manage and facilitate informational assistance to potential customers within your pipeline.
- Set yourself up for a successful, long-term tech sales career by mastering the fundamentals and piloting new outreach and closing strategies.
- Sell Aspire's products and services to prospective customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in Hubspot.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Aspire software and services.
- Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients.
- Occasionally attend an industry specific tradeshow to generate leads (periodically travel).
- Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in Hubspot.

- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipeline at scale is highly important.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the landscaping industry is a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone presence that easily connects to potential clients.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow and excel in their role.
Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County . This position is currently working Monday through Thursday in the office and Fridays from home, until further notice .
