Job Description:
Arrow's Corporate Social Responsibility Team, Community Forward, is seeking a fulltime program manager based at corporate headquarters in Centennial, CO.

The Corporate Affairs, Community Forward program is a highly visible initiative within the Corporate Affairs and ESG departments. We harness the power of our people, products, and financial capital to create positive social and environmental impact. Our global portfolio spans tech for good projects, grant-making, employee engagement, community relations, analytics, and public reporting.
The Corporate Affairs Manager reports to the Director of Community Forward. Community Forward's mission is to improve lives and communities by empowering employees to be citizen philanthropists. As the leader of Arrow's Global Volunteer Network, the Corporate Affairs Manager will champion global volunteer engagement by empowering employees to identify and support relevant impact opportunities. Additionally, you'll advise on best practices for forming and sustaining charitable partnerships in alignment with our focus areas: STEM, Environmental Stewardship and Tech for Good.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and support Arrow's Global Volunteer Network, a committee of business leaders and employee volunteers who identify and coordinate local, national and/or global opportunities
- Advance Arrow's employee engagement initiatives and systems across all regions, including charitable donations, volunteering, dollars-for-doers program, and our CF platform (YourCause) and vendors. Support all aspects of volunteer partnerships, including agreements, donations, and year-end reports
- Partner with CF Director to establish, deliver and review program's strategic goals, partnerships and KPIs
- Manage global employee impact reporting in support of social and business goals, including KPIs and community outcomes
- Work with Arrow Finance on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting; produce financial projections and other analyses to facilitate decision-making
- Stay on top of industry trends, best practices, and our competitive landscape. Serve as an internal and external champion and spokesperson for innovative employee impact
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5-7 years working in a corporate or nonprofit setting
- 3+ years relevant experience in corporate social responsibility, volunteer engagement, charitable partnerships and program management
- Passion and experience in volunteer enablement, nonprofit partnerships and employee communications that mobilize strong participation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong executive presence, customer service, interpersonal and influencing skills are critical
- Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and a get-it-done mentality
- Quantitative and detail-oriented; excels at producing sophisticated reports to demonstrate Community Forward business value and community impact.
- Strong learning agility and interest in using systems to administer high-impact programs (Microsoft 365, PPT, Excel, YourCause, survey tools, project management tools, NPS reporting, etc.)
- Effective multi-tasker capable of navigating ambiguity
The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:
- Professional certifications in CSR management, project management and/or ESG
- Volunteer and nonprofit board experience
- High level of intellectual curiosity, especially around technology for good
- Speak 2+ languages

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $132,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
