Content Talent Scout

*This is an in-office position that requires you to work out of our Uptown Charlotte Office*

As a Content Talent Scout you are the driving force of our Content team. We are looking for someone with a strong passion for radio and digital content and people. In addition to attracting top radio and digital content talent, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with our Content Leadership Team and local radio market hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting for Content positions within our 75 local radio markets
• Build relationships with our Content Department heads, local and regional leaders
• Working with managers to define creative recruiting techniques to attract top tier creative talent
• Source high quality candidates through platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, ZipRecruiter, All Access, social media and more
• Review applicants and screen all candidates
• Working with Hiring Managers to advancing candidates through the interview process
• Facilitating the offer approval and onboarding process
• Accurate reporting and pipeline management through our ATS (Greenhouse)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
• Advanced knowledge of the radio and digital content
• 1+ years of recruiting experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent reporting and organizational skills
• Team player, highly competitive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ability to juggle multiple positions and robust pipeline
• Positive energy and social charisma
• Creative and strategic thinker
