In parallel, the company has kicked-off its S-1 filing process and IPO readiness. If you're excited to dive into a near-term IPO, have strong fundamentals in technical accounting, SEC and SOX, the company offers an exciting science platform and Controller opportunity.

• 8+ years public accounting, public company or some mix of the two.
• Biotech, biopharma or related life sciences industry experience
• CPA (active or inactive)
