Corporate Counsel or Sr. Corporate Counsel

This position will support the General Counsel and other members of the legal team by working on a variety of legal matters including commercial transactions. We are seeking an exceptionally strong transactional attorney who is ready for accelerated learning and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements

• Provide contract interpretation and guidance to internal stakeholders

• Participate in other strategic initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (JD) from an accredited law school

• Member in good standing of at least one state bar association

• Three to five years of commercial legal experience

• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in a global, corporate environment, including sales and vendor agreements

• Ability to communicate with other personnel and external parties on complicated topics through strong, organized writing and verbal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Creative problem-solver

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including management of projects and workload and setting goals and priorities

• Must be a strong team player able to work cooperatively with others both internal and external to the company to find practical and creative solutions to problems

• Computer and software systems experience

• Prior experience successfully operating in a fluid, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment

• Location - Denver or Remote

Base pay range: $95,000-$130,000, commensurate with experience.
