Corporate Counsel

HighRadius is seeking a Corporate Counsel in the Legal department to support the company’s continued growth as an industry-leading SaaS tech company. In this role, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance on a wide variety of legal matters including negotiation and drafting of high value commercial contracts, legal compliance, M&A and other corporate transactions.  

Essential duties of the position: 

• Work independently to negotiate, draft, review, and revise a range of contractual documents at a high-volume capacity with fast turnaround times, including customer contracts (master subscription agreements, data privacy agreements, statements of work) and partner agreements;
• Ensure compliance with US and foreign legal and regulatory requirements applicable to HighRadius;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (including  Sales, Customer Support, Consulting, and Finance teams) to ensure alignment between business needs and contract terms;
• Support the performance of existing contracts and resolving customer disputes by interpreting contract provisions;
• Provides legal responses to RFP;
• Identify and mitigates business and legal risks;
• Assist with M&A and other corporate transactions;
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Legal department.

Desired requirements:

• JD Required;
• Minimum 4 years of legal experience;
• Experience negotiating complex contracts;
• Strong analytical, risk analysis and problem solving skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
