The Senior Analyst of Corporate Development will support the Corporate Development team in a variety of inorganic growth initiatives, including acquisitions, and will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction of the company.
You will...
  • Act as a key member of a growing, high-exposure corporate development group managing deal sourcing, structuring, diligence and execution for Modivcare.
  • Own and execute diligence processes:
    • Review information and VDRs, analyze and summarize data
    • Lead management meetings
    • Learn and manage the various diligence streams (market, operational, tech, tax, financial, legal, etc.)
    • Execute primary diligence, quarterback 3rd party research efforts, and work closely with operational leaders to develop integration plans
    • Incorporate operational diligence into complex financial models and investment memorandum to ultimately transact
  • Develop a strong understanding of Modivcare's business and growth strategies, leveraging this knowledge into research and analysis of various markets/industries and specific acquisition or partnership targets
  • Assist in investor relations and financial planning and analysis related work across the organization
  • Work closely with the CFO and other Modivcare senior leadership in all acquisition related activities
  • Develop and maintain strong industry competitive knowledge
  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as advisors, service providers, and current/potential partners
  • Participate in optimizing Corporate Development processes

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance, Math, or other related field with a top-tier academic background
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (e.g. private equity, corporate development, or investment banking)
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to comprehend and handle large volumes of data summarizing key facts and conclusions in a concise and persuasive manner
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with all stakeholders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills required including experience building models and decks
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to protect highly confidential information
  • Interest and/or previous experience in the healthcare services industry is plus

Salary Range: $80,400 - $108,600
Bonus eligible based upon company and individual performance
