Corporate Development Analyst - New CPA

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Build and analyze financial models to support investment decisions
• Conduct valuation analysis and business case assessments
• Support due diligence on acquisitions and strategic initiatives
• Review investment opportunities across multiple industries
• Prepare board-level materials and executive summaries
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry activity
• Assist with shareholder reporting and capital allocation analysis
• Synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights

Requirements:

• Recently completed CPA
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred (Audit or Corporate Finance)
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and maturity
• Naturally curious with a genuine interest in business and investing

Rewards:

• Base salary of $85,000 – $100,000
