· Highly organized, flexible, extremely detailed, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects

· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, even when under pressure

· Ability to work extended hours to meet the requirements of the position.

Who we want:

Meticulous planners. Corporate event planning is so much more than hosting an event. It takes weeks and months of investment in perfection. Always focused on the end goal, you enjoy the overall process and every detailed piece of creating an amazing event.

Exceptional communicators. You understand the importance of everyone being on the same page. Whether that means briefing external speakers or aligning multiple vendors to a coordinated time schedule, you thrive on being in the middle of the action and ensuring that everyone around you is clear on the objectives at hand.

Perfectionists. Obsessed with details? We are too. Budgets, agendas, participant lists, food, and beverage, timelines — the list goes on and on. You will engage with third party vendors to execute valued events for Radiant and for participants.

Orchestrators. We want someone who can prioritize the urgency of multiple requests and work streams to meet deadlines with outstanding quality — while delicately balancing the input of multiple stakeholders and pushing back when necessary.

Brand ambassadors. At Radiant, our events represent our exceptional brand. Your job is to engage employees, clients, prospects, and attendees by creating memorable — and magical — moments that leave a lasting impression on every person who attends.
