The Corporate Finance Sr Vice President (SVP) will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, and will be responsible for the Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Investor Relations functions.

As a member of the Finance and Strategy (F&S) leadership team, the Corporate Finance SVP will interact closely with the Executive Leadership Team, our Private Equity investors, and our external public and private market lenders. The position will play a pivotal role in influencing the Company’s growth trajectory and our associated value creation.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

  • Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

  • Provide Actual vs. Budget reporting and analytics.

  • Create financial models for short, medium, and long-range planning.

  • Partner with Executive Leadership Team and Private Equity Investors on setting parameters for the Annual Incentive Plan.

Management Reporting

  • Own delivery of content for Investor weekly/monthly operating reviews, Executive Leadership Team quarterly operating reviews, and Board management reviews.

  • Provide month to month fluctuation and historical trending and analysis of financial and operating metrics.

  • Support the Accounting Team month-end close process, Executive Team with management reviews, and Investors with Q&A.

Data Insights

  • Establish and define key financial and operating metrics that drive value creation.

  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis that provides insights into business performance.

  • Analyze cross-functional information to support management decision making.

  • Own the Company’s data dictionary, partnering with the CIO and IT Data Team on data governance, architecture, and analytics tools.

Treasury

  • Working in partnership with Private Equity investors manage the company's debt.

  • Ensure compliance with debt covenants. Monitor the markets for opportunities to optimize capital structure and interest rate risk. Maintain relationships with debt rating agencies and banks.

  • Manage movement of funds in order to meet daily operating needs. Assure sufficient liquidity is available for all funding requirements. Prepare cash forecasts in conjunction with the business units.

  • Manage investment of funds in alignment with investment policies. Provide prudent management of the company's liquid financial assets. Deliver investment performance reporting and investment option monitoring.

Investor Relations

  • Work with CFO and CEO on engagement with public markets, lenders, Private Equity investors and the Board.

  • Lead the quarterly earnings process for debt investors, which includes creating all communication materials, and relevant Q&A. Work closely with the Accounting Team on public filings.

  • Serve as a corporate spokesperson with investors, financial media, analysts, rating agencies, and other stakeholders. Work closely with Marketing (Public Relations) and People & Culture (Employee Communications).

  • Maintain strong company and sector expertise. Stay current on all Company and related industry activity in order to be responsive to investors and media and to communicate effectively with management.

People, Process and Systems

  • Manage a team of 25+ FP&A, Treasury and IR professionals.

  • Administer OneStream financial tool and linkages with Salesforce, Oracle, and Workday.

  • Streamline and align processes with corporate operating mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Independent, self-motivated individual with a positive, service-focused attitude. Excellent judgment with a strong work ethic.

  • Deep subject matter expertise in FP&A, Treasury, and IR.

  • Experience having led the functions for an organization of comparable size, growth profile and complexity.

  • Strong collaborator and partner with demonstrated ability to drive cross functional collaboration across business and finance teams at all levels.

  • Analytical thinker with honed problem solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to streamline and simplify complexity.

  • Track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Highly responsible, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

  • Capable of successfully managing C-level and investor relationships and effectively partnering on strategy development, financial planning and execution.

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills in both formal and informal settings; experience with investors and investor relations is preferred.

  • Depending on the candidate & location, must have flexibility to travel, as needed.


Base pay range: $275,000-$310,000, commensurate with experience.
