About the Role:
Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Corporate Finance, Sr. Manager to join our team.
The Corporate Finance, Sr. Manager role will be crucial in the maintenance and growth of our core financial infrastructure. They will oversee budgeting and reporting across our corporate functions ensuring we are maintaining our financial plan. Additionally, this role will work directly with leadership to enable long term business planning.
This role will take on strategic projects and will have experience building out and improving financial functions in previous positions. The ideal candidate has experience working with all levels of company leadership, as well as external lenders and investors.
What You’ll Do:- Manage historical and forecasted financial modeling to enable business planning and review
- Partner with the accounting team to review corporate department performance and spend, acting as a strategic partner to functional leaders
- Oversee the budgets and forecasts across multiple departments and support their yearly and quarterly planning processes
- Analyze and forecast regional clinic performance, partnering with operations to deliver insights to our clinical leadership
- Create analyses and presentations that guide financial and strategic decisions, including in-depth analyses on opportunities and risks across all business areas.
- Establish infrastructure including budgeting, internal controls, and analysis process, including revenue review and cost optimization.
- Partner with operations and marketing to conduct pricing reviews and drive the development of our care delivery modelÂ
- Collaborate with people and operations teams to develop and execute on incentive programsÂ
- 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years of experience within a Corporate FP&A team/or investment bank
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Comfort in a high-growth start up environment
- Healthcare or Consumer-oriented experience
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- External perspective and ability to identify trends in the consumer space and veterinary industry.
- Prior experience with NetSuite and/or Looker a plusÂ
