What You Will Do:
As the Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis you will be responsible for all financial planning and analysis for DELVE across several global offices. In this role you will build and maintain corporate budgets, forecasts, investment strategies, and financial models in alignment with the company's growth strategy. You'll work closely with the department heads and executive leadership to align financial plans with business objectives.
Principal Duties:
Investment Strategy
  • Work directly with the CEO, President, and key internal stakeholders, on global and country-level matters related to firm's revenue streams, cost centers and income drivers
  • Participate in all relevant strategic financial discussions, provide input and own next steps

Financial Reporting
  • Work with accounting and finance teams, and external partners, to deliver reports at country and global level
  • Own report data taxonomy and data dictionary, to enable granular analysis across dimensions such as: project, department, client, industry, as well as country and region with a global roll-up

Managerial Accounting
  • Develop a perspective how 'health of business' needs to be defined
  • Track and report on metrics that are leading indicators for the 'health of the business'
  • Analyze financial metrics, provide and run a recurring internal financial review meeting, pointing out areas of improvement of opportunity, across internal teams, verticals, project, clients or any other relevant dimensions
  • Provide ad hoc reports and financial modeling for specific asks and questions raised

Budgeting
  • Work with the Executive leadership and the Board to develop quarterly and annual budgets

Forecasting
  • Work with Practice area Heads, Client Advisors, Partnerships and other relevant internal stakeholders, to develop quarterly forecasts for revenue and income from existing and new clients
  • Coordinate pipeline analysis/revenue plan/forecast cycle with all key stakeholders
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on forecasting people needs around existing and new projects, with an eye towards delivering profitability targets

Also, overtime:
Revenue Intelligence
  • Understand in depth our internal 'revenue intelligence platform' that tracks the 'journey of a dollar' across various internal systems (CRM, billing, HR and project management).
  • Share responsibilities with other stakeholders for the evolution of that system, as a key customer who will have input into the design of that system.

What You Bring:
  • Professional services experience is required, ie working in a similar capacity in a professional services firm or for a consulting firm that services professional services firms.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Drive to move up in an FP&A organization, with an eye towards a future promotion to a Director of FP&A.
  • An analytical mind with a strategic ability

Salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000, plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
