Corporate Identity & Access Management, Senior Manager

The Corporate Identity and Access Manager will lead a team of engineers and analysts responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and operating an enterprise Identity and Access Management(IAM) program at Dropbox.  In this highly visible role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the company to define and mature our Identity and Access Program, develop end-to-end IAM life-cycle for our corporate environment, and deliver a frictionless user experience for our employees. • Lead and manage a team of systems engineers responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of our corporate identity platforms and physical security systems (not limited to): Identity and Access Management Platform; Identity Governance Platform; Public Key Infrastructure; Secrets Management Platform; Physical Security Systems; Internal directory services.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to provide subject matter expertise and continuously refine the IAM strategy, develop appropriate access and governance frameworks, and drive improvements in security and compliance while providing a frictionless user experience. 
• Be the driver accountable for the successful outcomes of a portfolio of initiatives, including timely delivery, communication, collaboration, and budget for projects that involve multiple stakeholders
• Incorporate Zero Trust principles, industry best practices and System Development Life Cycle practices in managing and developing a enterprise class IAM solution and its supporting infrastructure
• Define and measure the appropriate performance metrics to ensure a healthy service
• Provide strategic input and financial planning for the team
• Grow and develop a high performing technical team, supporting a culture of collaboration, execution, innovation, and accountability

• Proven ability to mentor, grow, performance manage, and develop an exceptional team
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing identity management solutions (Okta, SailPoint, and Active Directory)
• 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of technical engineers in an Agile environment
• Experience implementing and managing Sailpoint at scale.
• Extensive knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, Zero Trust Architecture, and security and compliance frameworks
• Experience developing and implementing RBAC and ABAC strategies and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, key decision-makers, and highly technical resources
