Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal)

Your Role:Â
As the Corporate Legal Specialist (Paralegal), you’ll be providing law-related and senior-level administrative support to our in-house legal team for a publicly traded company with a minimum of supervision.
Responsibilities:
This position consists of a great deal of autonomous management and administration responsibilities and functions in various areas, including corporate; investor relations; securities; transactional matters; document preparation, management, and retention; intellectual property; risk management; litigation; and general department administration and support.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HS Diploma (or GED equivalent) with 5 years’ paralegal work experience
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in a corporate environment, preferably publicly traded company
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently to complete tasks within given deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Notary public certification preferred
- A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
- A genuine fascination for the EV field and a commitment to global change
Annual Salary Range:
($70K - $90K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
