Position Summary
As we continue to grow and bring on more clients, we are looking to bring on a Paralegal to work alongside our Director of Corporate Development to help maintain contracts, create contracts and assist in other various roles. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, has previous experience working in a legal setting, and looking to learn and grow.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Assist in contract preparation, including creating template contracts and filling out template contracts as needed.
• Track contract expiration and renewals.
• Coordinate contract execution.
• Assist in preparation of investment and shareholder materials.
• Assist in scheduling meetings with clients, investors, shareholders.
• Assist in preparation of vendor RFPs and administration of vendor RFP process.
• Assist with various federal, state, and local filings.
• Obtain and maintain licenses needed by the company to operate its business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or another related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Notary Public is required.
• Experience preparing legal reports.
• Experience working with contracts.
• Experience with Excel.
• Organization and strong attention to detail are key.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
