Corporate Real Estate - Project Manager (Access Control/ CCTV/ Visitor Mangement) Implementation

The Corporate Real Estate - Project Manager for CCTV and Access Control systems role reports to the America's Real Estate Lead and works with business units and corporate functions to enable business operations by project managing end-to-end building security systems which includes Video Management System (VMS), Access Control System (ACS), and Visitor Management System. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ranging from small-scale installations to large, complex systems. Your expertise in managing Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance systems, combined with your leadership skills, will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with technicians, internal business units/ functions to deliver exceptional results, all while maintaining strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment. This role is responsible for all phases of implementation of these solutions into Hitachi Energy sites in the America's region; ensuring that Hitachi Energy HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental) policies are in place and monitored for all projects. The scope of this role includes site evaluations, scope reviews, vendor quotes/ RFP responses, project timelines, setup/ monitoring, implementation into Hitachi Energy Information Systems landscape, local site training/ turnover, project completion and closeout.
