Addison Group has immediate opportunities for Corporate Recruiters! We have a contract to hire opportunities with a terrific company in Addison, TX. Great opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to come on board and help be a part of a growing team and company. We are looking for recruiting candidates experience with high volume sourcing. We are specifically looking for a Corporate Recruiter that can partner with the regional branch leadership to develop recruiting plans and sourcing strategies to meet the monthly hiring goals.

Corporate Recruiter Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of full cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing agency environment that is adept at high volume sourcing
• Minimum of 1 year experience with an ATS and other recruiting sourcing tools
• Minimum of 1 year experience recruiting for multiple hiring managers across multiple locations
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
