Fluidra’s looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in the greater Atlanta, GA area.

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

The Corporate Recruiter role will provide Talent Acquisition support for both exempt and non-exempt roles for Fluidra North America and be accountable for driving a diverse and high-quality candidate pool. This person will partner with the business to gain a deep understanding of our products and industry. The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle; leading intake meetings with hiring manager, sourcing, resume reviews, assist with scheduling interviews, conducting behavioral and technical interviews, debriefing with interview participants and negotiating/extending competitive offers.

 

This person will also be responsible for building the Fluidra Brand in the greater Atlanta, GA area by being an active participant in college and community fairs, speaking engagements, networking events, etc. We seek a results-oriented, experienced, corporate recruiter to immediately impact our growing Talent Acquisition team. Must have a proven ability to deliver on talent needs and priorities of a fast-growing business. Additionally, you will: 

 

  • Relationship Development – You develop and maintain key relationships with your hiring managers and HR Business Partners, you are the industry and market expert and you know how to advise your business partners on recruiting strategy.
  • You know “tech” lingo – You can recruit for a variety of skill sets including Engineering, IT, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, Service, and Technical Service. You can easily identify talent for hard-to-fill roles and can adjust your communication style to your audience.
  • Candidate relationships – you have developed and built a network of contacts making it easy for you to know the right person for the job.
  • Create Value - Research job market, applicant trends and effective ways to attract top talent.
  • You’re results oriented – You measure your success not just by filling the job but finding long-standing talent for the organization.
  • Customer Service – Your customer service is not only memorable but favorable. You deliver weekly reporting, reoccurring check-in meetings and necessary follow ups with hiring managers and candidates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You are the expert! – Communicate your knowledge of market and industry trends, making recommendations for recruiting resources, programs, budgets and social media presence.
  • Cross-functional Communication – You can work with mid-level and executive level management to identify industry changes, what’s working, what’s not and offer recruitment solutions.
  • You’re a change agent – You drive continuous improvement through your recruiting process and create more efficient recruiting practices.
  • You’re a strategist – You think outside of the box, go where the competition isn’t. You identify target companies and recruiting resources needed to fill positions.
  • Project Management – You can manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, including screening process, negotiations and offer letters. You know how to prioritize and manage your time accordingly to achieve your goal.
  • Team player – you are flexible, get along with others and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to help your team. Nothing is beneath you; you just like to get the job done.
  • Travel - We love to see you out in the field scouting talent. You may attend career and university fairs, recruiting seminars and professional networking events for professional development.

 

WHAT WE SEEK

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably experience working with diverse corporate level positions (i.e. Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, IT etc.)
  • Proficient in recruiting tools and techniques including Boolean searches. Jobvite ATS a plus
  • Must have professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering results with a high-volume workload.
  • Basic to intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in an internal or corporate recruitment environment is a plus.
  • Functional knowledge of Human Resources and employment laws.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude.
  • Works well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
  • Commutable distance from our new office in College Park (South Atlanta, GA) for things such as important meetings or candidate interviews and partnering with local colleges, attending networking events, career fairs, etc.

 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
