Location: Austin, TX

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary recruiting contact for managers within the firm
• A minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting a range of financial services roles

• Responsible for handling full cycle recruiting
• Ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization including senior level managers
• Responsible for developing and employing recruiting and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent network
• Prepare and maintain reports regarding recruiting efforts
• Create and maintain great relationship and experience with hiring managers
• Ability to manage an open requisition load of 10-20 requisitions
