You will make an impact:

As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and driving recruiting success. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. You will play a critical role in ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top talent. You will primarily focus on recruitment while working in a fun yet fast-paced, metric-driven, team environment. Your day to day:

• Execute recruitment efforts for current and future eCS hiring needs

• Partner with hiring managers to outline their needs
• Assist with the calculation of staffing metrics
• Source passive and active candidates
• Maintain postings for open positions
• Attend career job fairs

• Coordinate the interview process
• Update and maintain candidate tracking system
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Implement creative sourcing strategies
• Assist with other functions as directed

Qualifications:

• Client and vendor relationship building experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for dealing with issues of a sensitive nature
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and other applications in the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Bachelor's degree with focus in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruitment experience required
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Experience working in a technology-driven enterprise preferred
