Corporate Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Analyst to report to the Chief of Staff and support the Office of the CEO. The Corporate Strategy Analyst role at NinjaTrader is a highly visible role that offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional leadership on business analyses and market intelligence. In this role, you will conduct complex analyses and industry research that will drive business decisions. This person must enjoy strategy development, data analysis, industry research, forecasting, and have the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights. From day one, you will have a front row seat to strategic decision making and Executive level strategic planning. There is a lot of room for growth in this role and with demonstrated success, you will begin to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.

In this position, you will:

• Support the Chief of Staff on cross-functional strategic initiatives, which will include conducting business analysis and industry research
• Assist in the preparation of materials for the Executive Team and Board of Directors
• Perform quantitative analysis on complex data and develop business/financial models
• Develop analyses on business performance, market size, and areas for growth opportunities
• Research and develop analyses on market trends, industry developments, and other market developments affecting our business and/or strategic initiatives
• Monitor business unit KPIs and progress towards the organization’s strategic goals
• Build and maintain databases with competitor data, research insights, industry landscape developments, and market trends
• Take meeting notes during senior leadership meetings
• Support corporate development initiatives as needed

Key Position Requirements

• +2 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or a similar role; Experience in FinTech preferred but not required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Experience conducting in-depth quantitative analyses and building financial/business models
• Extremely analytical; you must be able to consume large amounts of messy data and create complex models and forecasts
• Experience creating business cases is a plus
• Very strong sense of ownership and commitment to excellence
• Strong work ethic with demonstrated initiative
• Willingness to work long hours when required
