Corporate Strategy Specialist II/III

The Corporate Strategy Office is a fast-paced, highly visible organization working multiple roles as the CEO/EVP Chief of Staff, lead strategy facilitator, and behind-the-scenes Corporate Officer collaborator. Operating in an extremely fast-paced environment, the Corporate Strategy Office reaches across the entire organization to bring relevant resources and information related to the highest corporate priorities. This position is a two-year rotational assignment.
Work Model: Telecommuting two days per week is possible depending on business needs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supports and coordinates Board of Trustee meetings, executive offsites, and leadership team conferences
- Prepares and develops materials and briefings providing exposure to solving critical customer problems
- Research and prepare materials that assess and communicate the corporation's achievements to the Board of Trustees including but not limited to the quarterly strategic progress reports, and the semi-annual and annual corporate management incentive program performance reports
- Facilitate weekly agenda for Executive Team Meetings with C-Suite executives, capture discussion highlights and track progress of key business activities
- Draft messaging to communicate important initiatives across Leadership Team and partners
- Produce consolidated reporting, including tracking, reporting of internal documents that require coordinating data and information from around the corporation
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnership with executives, senior leaders, and collaborators to achieve project objectives and deliverables for the overall goals of the corporation
- Participate in the design and delivery of corporate strategic-level events
- Perform and direct informational studies that provide decisional data in support of crucial corporate planning
What You Need to be Successful - Specialist II
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration or other related field
- Two or more years of experience in the business/communications function
- Experience with coordinating logistics for executive meetings and special events with a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Capacity to find definition in unclear/abstract guidance
- Level of comfort working with senior executives and maintaining a high-level of confidentiality that will allow you to discuss sensitive topics, follow-up on assignments, and collect inputs to drive actions to closure
- Focus to stay engaged in discussions while applying discretion to know how/when to switch between active and passive roles
- Organizational skills to regularly plan and implement quick-moving concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 5%
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
What You Need to be Successful - Specialist III

- Experience with project management and supporting corporate-wide initiatives or programs and ensuring deliverables and timelines are achieved
- Capacity to find definition in unclear/abstract guidance
- Level of comfort working with senior executives and maintaining a high-level of confidentiality that will allow you to discuss sensitive topics, follow-up on assignments, and collect inputs to drive actions to closure
- Focus to stay engaged in discussions while applying discretion to know how/when to switch between active and passive roles
- Organizational skills to regularly plan and implement quick-moving concurrent projects
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 5%

How You Can Stand Out
It would be impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Advanced degree in an area related to business or technical strategy, e.g., MBA, MPP, M.S.
- Insight into the corporation's partner organizations
- Experience in collecting/analyzing data AND being able to use that data to showcase key trends and tell a story
- Enthusiasm to partner collaboratively and directly with the top-leaders and key team members in Aerospace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Previous experience working with C-suite executives
- Familiarity with the defense, intel community, or civil space industry
We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$27 - $38 - $50
