Job Description

The Corporate Systems Administrator II will support the objectives of the GHX Corporate Systems function. This position will primarily be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Salesforce.com/Apttus, Concur, Docusign and Oracle Cloud platforms in the area of basic to mid-level user support, data management, dashboard/reporting, systems integration support, configuration and maintenance; as well as other duties as assigned. The Corporate Systems Administrator II position will be responsible for managing assigned Corporate Systems Service Desk tickets to an established SLA for timely response and resolution. This position may be required to assist in special projects respective to continued enhancement and adoption of the various platforms.

User Management
  • Perform user management for all Corporate Systems Applications. Including Role and Permission management for SFDC, Oracle, Concur, DocuSign and others as needed.


Salesforce.com

  • Provide basic to mid-level Systems Administration support for applications on the Salesforce.com platform including but not limited to SFDC CRM, Apttus CPQ/Billing, Pardot, Gainsight, TaskRay, Insight Squared, Demand Base and others, as well as the associated business processes.
  • Manage internal controls compliance and system security, including user accounts, permissions and access rights and approval workflows.
  • Manage and implement system configurations, business rules and security configurations.
  • Work with Technical Lead in developing necessary integrations, workflow, and automation to enhance business and data effectiveness.
  • Provide issue management support to business end users, manage service requests with vendor support teams, and work with third-party consultants to troubleshoot and remedy system issues as needed.
  • Provide functional guidance to business end users in execution of business processes related to system functions and behaviors.
  • Make recommendations and advice to senior Administrators that improve workflows, deliverables or solve business problems.
  • Prioritize development and enhancement requests in collaboration with business users. Oversee functional design elements (requirements gathering) and coordinate with technical resources and management to conduct the technical review, assess business impact, and estimate efforts.
  • Build and manage reports/dashboards using a variety of reporting tools including seeded reporting capabilities from different systems.
  • Provide guidance to business users in the design of test plans, including definition of test cases and the creation of detailed solution test scripts.
  • Work with Senior Administrators to manage upgrades/releases and coordinate testing with business end users to minimize disruption to the organization.
  • Adhere to Change Management guidelines for all system changes and enhancements.
  • Maintain all system configuration documentation as required.
  • Draft and maintain related Corporate Systems Policies and Procedures.

General Application Support
  • Troubleshoot and remedy basic end user system issues in all Corporate Systems platforms/tools when necessary; including (but not limited to) Oracle, Concur, and DocuSign.
  • Make the appropriate recommendation and advice to senior administrators that improve workflows, deliverables or solve business problems.
  • Perform basic configuration functions in Corporate Systems platforms / applications, Oracle, Concur, and DocuSign as directed and when necessary.
  • Support special projects as necessary under the guidance of Senior Administrators or Technical Lead.
  • Assist Senior System Administrator(s) and Business System Analyst(s) in collecting and documenting business requirements.

Operational Duties
  • Adhere to Change Management guidelines for all system changes and enhancements.
  • Maintain all system configuration documentation.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Required Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems or related field or demonstrated equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on (intermediate) SFDC Administration
  • 2+ years of general system support experience with mid to large market sized companies.
  • Possess strong business acumen in the areas of Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Lead Management in an advanced functional capacity.
  • Possess advanced technical acumen to allow learning/working in a basic technical/functional capacity in all Corporate Systems platforms including Concur, DocuSign, and others.
  • Familiar with the use/concepts of basic SQL, Apex, Flow, Visual Force, Aria, Workflow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) complex solutions and ideas at a level suitable for any level of personnel from basic business users to highly technical developers.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate between teams.
  • Ability to handle workload under time pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Familiarity of current project management/execution methodologies.
  • Ability to keep highly sensitive information confidential and be familiar with HIPPA and GDPR regulations.
  • Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Familiarity of current project management/execution methodologies.

Preferred Experience/Skills
  • Must be tasked oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and collaborate between teams.
  • Must be able to manage time using a work queue comprised of 'issue tickets' across multiple platforms and perform to published service levels (SLA) and key results (KR)
  • Must be able to stay abreast of new features within the software used by the business.
  • Strong experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in Health Care information systems and business operations.
  • Experience in a large, global, governed support organization
  • SFDC Advanced Administrator, SFDC Business Analyst Certified, or SFDC Apps Developer Certified
  • SFDC Lightning Administrator Certified
