Job Summary
This role involves developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs aimed at increasing workforce knowledge and skills, enhancing productivity, and contributing to the organization's overall success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate training, with a focus on systems and processes, and a proven track record of developing and maintaining comprehensive training programs.
This position requires collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training needs with organizational goals. Experience in change management is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct needs assessment to determine training requirements for new hires and existing employees.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training materials and programs focusing on systems and processes including but not limited to manuals, handouts, instructional videos, and e-learning modules.
- Deliver training in a variety of formats such as classroom, online, or blended learning.
- Provide on-the-job training and support for new hires to ensure they understand and can effectively use our systems and processes.
- Conduct training sessions on process changes resulting from change management initiatives.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, quizzes, and observation, and make necessary adjustments.
- Regularly update training materials and programs to ensure they are current and aligned with organizational changes and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure training needs are met and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Interests:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of training methods and tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning software.
- Experience in change management is a plus.
