Summary / Objective
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate/Business Development Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. The Corporate/Business Development Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and executing strategic initiatives to support our company's growth and partnership objectives. This internship will last approximately 3 months.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and valuation analyses to evaluate potential deals and economic structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess risks and opportunities, and prepare presentations for senior management.
- Identify and track industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments that may impact our potential partner's business strategy.
- Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and updates to senior management and board of directors.
Who You Are / What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Currently enrolled in a Masters/MBA program.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $25/hr.
