WHO YOU ARE . . .

An Account Executive defines superior service to lenders and all internal customers. You understand that this is more than just having and managing a book of business. You will achieve both the sales goals and service levels of the organization by developing and maintaining strong partnerships and always striving to exceed expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING . . .

  • Seek and connect with an assigned territory with set metrics and goals, ie. sign two new accounts per month
  • Support training team during onboarding of new clients
  • Responsible for timely client renewals
  • Maintain contact with Sales/CS on a regular basis to solicit new business and be available as a consultant and professional resource
  • Communicate Program and Scorecard updates
  • Coordinate with CS and monitor assigned accounts with a continual focus on innovating the customer experience and business processes
  • Review active loan pipeline each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along
  • Act as liaison to problem solve between Client/Capital Markets/Diligence 
  • Support MaxCap, Diligence and CS teams in projects to advance the business
  • Provide tangible feedback on the regional market and competitiveness in assigned territory
  • Cultivate relationships and maintain long-term partnerships by providing best-in-class client service through friendly, professional, and responsive communication with both internal and external customers
  • Discuss conditions as dictated by UW and internal policy, and ensure client/client manager understands what is required
  • A motivated sales professional who always meets or exceeds sales goals and expectations
  • Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business while also focused on how to continually nurture current business
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment and adapt successfully in the face of ambiguity
  • Stellar organizational skills, attention to detail and can do attitude
  • Empathetic to the customer experience and able to flex to various audiences
  • Possess strong initiative and ownership as an individual with a team-oriented approach to success
  • Strong written/verbal communication and influencing skills
  • Provide exemplary service in all client interactions and communications; always uphold Maxwell Capital service standards and exercise good judgment

IDEALLY YOU'LL HAVE . . .

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience as a Wholesale Account Executive or Inside Sales with a proven track record of exceeding volume/revenue goals
  • Able to demonstrate a tangible book of business and relationships in place
  • College degree is desired or relevant experience

Compensation Range: $60K - $75K base plus uncapped commission estimating approximately $120K - $150K annually
